Condado Vanderbilt is a landmark hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico. A monument to classic Spanish Revival architecture, this historic landmark is widely regarded as one of the Caribbean’s finest resorts.
Since opening its doors in 1919, Condado Vanderbilt has been the destination of choice for generations of heads of state, captains of industry and Hollywood royalty – creating a rarefied atmosphere of sophistication, elegance and grace.
After decades of gentle repose, the Condado Vanderbilt has been reborn – restored to its legendary grandeur through meticulous renovation. And while this distinguished grand dame has undergone significant modernization, one thing hasn’t changed: Condado Vanderbilt’s unwavering commitment to providing guests with exacting service, unsurpassed culinary experiences, and the kind of exclusive amenities that – to this very day – remain the exquisite hallmarks of every stay.
This project involved a rigid selection of some of the most difficult marbles from around the World. Crema Valencia, Red Levanto, Avalon marbles were manufactured in tile and cut to size form to match hotels historical significance and original material selections.
Spa area was a selection of skyline marble, custom Talya Rumi mosaics and various other stones.
